Vent-Axia Fan n' Light Exhaust Fan
The Vent-Axia Fan n' Light is a safety extra low voltage fan and light in a single ceiling mounted fitting. Fan n' Light is designed for mounting in a wide variety of ceiling thickness’ up to 3/4” using
the two swivel clips and in thicker material using two fixing holes provided. The safety-isolating transformer can be wall mounted or sited in the attic. Fan n' Light is simply fitted to 4 inch rigid or
flexible ductwork which can be connected to an exhaust vent or a total ventilation system such as an HRV.
The Fan n' Light transformer is mounted outside an area 10 feet from the tub or shower. This can be in the bathroom, outside the bathroom or in the attic space. The maximum cable run from the control
unit to the fan is 25 feet using 16AWG cable.
Fan n' Light has a 20 Watt 40 degree spread, pre-formed DichroicMulti-Mirror lamp giving a pool of soft warm light. The lamp is easy to change and has a life of up to 5000 hours.
